Fall/Winter Schedule
As the trees start to shed their leaves, and the smart geese have headed south for the winter, how our store operates is shifting, too. This blog post is to keep you informed about our plans for the cooler months.
Perhaps most significantly is the bike side will be closed for most of November. November 4 - December 2, I’m off to Alberta! I have several meetings relating to the business, I’ll be seeing some family and friends, and will be building the World Cup Ski Racing course at Lake Louise. This means there will be no bike service for all of November, but Jenn will keep you caffeinated with cappuccinos, and be able to help out with buying accessories and gifts!
Apart from November, we remain dedicated to serving London’s growing Frostbike community, and we think our new hours and appointment approach reflect better service for most people through the colder season. With appointments available not just during normal business hours, we’ll be able to serve you better. If you’re looking for winter cycling advice and product, we’ve got your back!
